By logging into SIR, users have the ability to watch an issue. By watching an issue the user will receive an email notification (to the email associated with their myTI account) when an issue status is updated. To watch an issue click on the [Watch Issue] button or [Start watching this issue] link. The number next to the [Start watching this issue] link shows how many users are also watching this issue.
