SBL_SD_LINUX fails to initialize SD card if booted over any media except SD card

      Instead of booting the SBL_SD_LINUX as usual from the SD card, if it is booted over any boot media like USB DFU except the SD card then it fails to initialize the SD card as shown:

      Ideally, the expectation is the ROM boots the SBL_SD_LINUX over any boot media then the bootloader boots the rest of the images from the SD card.

      This SD card initialization failure seems to be generic issue. If the MMC1 module is added in the SBL NULL and initialized, the initialization fails there as well.

      Everything works well if the bootloader is booted from the SD card if the bootloader intends to initialize the SD card. This means the ROM is leaving the SD card in a state which makes the SD card initialization pass in the MMCSD driver.

      This should not be the case as the MMCSD driver should be independently able to initialize the SD card.
