When streaming from multiple cameras in SDK 9.2:

Two HW setups have been tested:
* AM62A SK + Fusion Board + OV2312 (cam 0) + IMX390 (cam 1)

A high latency is observed while streaming both the cameras in parallel. In addition, IMX390 images appear to be more noisy.

The high latency issue also exists with 2x OV2312.
