SBL_DFU booting but not initializing DFU interface to receive the application image

      The `usb_bootloader.py` script is able to send the SBL_DFU image successfully but keeps waiting for enumeration of the DFU interface from the SBL_DFU to send the application image.

      On looking through CCS, the SBL_DFU seems to be booting but probably stuck somewhere as shown in the attached image.

      The procedure is not working since v09_01_00_41. If I try the v9.0, the `usb_bootloader.py` prodedure happens successfully.
