The scarthgap builds produce RAMFS images like /am62axx-evm/10.01.02/images/tisdk-base-image-am62axx-evm.rootfs-20240928034959.cpio.xz

However, it seems like these base images are missing IPC firmwares which cause rproc failures. Kindly add them to the recipe to fix this issue.
