      Currently in the API implementation of Flash_norOspiClose, the Flash gets reset to 1S-1S-1S, but before calling the Flash_norOspiWaitReady, the OSPI Handle is not reset to 1S-1S-1S. This needs to be done to make sure the Flash is closed correctly.
