When trying to configure the HYPERBUS "Initial Latency" settings through SysConfig, the user experience is confusing and not easy to understand. The choices for latency offered are 0, 1, 4368 and 4369 when the real effective settings should be 5 clock cycles, 6 clock  cycles, 3 clock cycles, and 4 clock cycles.

I understand that comes from the bit field values but it should not be presented like this to the user.

At a minimum the settings should be annotated in the drop-down selection list, or there should be a help button that explains what setting correlates to which real-world value.
