Please try the steps below to reproduce the issue.
Load any A53 example from CCS
Run it
Pause it
Do CPU Reset
Load same example
Here, the A53 core is not responding.
Sometimes it goes to the hang in aborts and sometimes waiting for the semaphore signals for the UART .

I have not fully spent time on this, but customers are expecting smooth loading an example of CCS for A53 core. It is similar to loading the R5F and M4F examples from CCS .
