AM62L: time: Application crashes due to time() function

      1. Application crashes when time() function is called.
      2. This is degrade from the previous supported devices.
      3. Let me summarize my observation
      Device Core Status
      am64x/am243x/am62dx r5f Pass
      am64x/am62x a53 Pass(No crash seen)
      am62Lx   Crashes(Just when time() is called)

      The time() function is blocking application HTTPS, GPTP and other such applications which uses time function to generate random seeds.
