This is the ordering of the different fields for MMCSD

The "Card Type" field, which allows to select EMMC or SD, comes after the operating mode and clock frequency.

This is not logical as the operating mode is chosen according to the card type so the later should come before the former.

The correct ordering should be:

• Select the MMC port.
• Select the Card Type.
• Select the operating mode.
• Set the input frequency.
