EPW's examples from MCU+SDK does't work well for all the spectrum of frequencies. Pre-scalers need to be manually adjusted specially for low frequencies. E2E for reference below.

Proposed:

A better logic to select optimal hspClkDiv and lspClkDiv
Or, if not possible, then a better way to expose how to change those values. Could be via SysConfig as it is done in ASM AM263x
