Octal - Has 20 dummy cycles for reading flash, 21 dummy cycles in SDK

3 dummy cycles for reading non volatile registers and ID 4 in SDK.

Single - Need to set dummy cycles for reading flash as 0 and volatile reads as 8 as opposed to the same values for both in octal.
