      Title : SBL OSPI failing with large sized application

      Description:
      When running applications with MCU+ SDK 11.00 for AM243x with OSPI boot mode on AM243x-LP, the EthernetIP Generic Device MII application fails to work properly.

      Investigation Findings:
      1. Issue is specific to EthernetIP application in OSPI boot mode
      2. Workaround/Test Cases:
         - When SBL NULL is flashed and EIP app is loaded from CCS: Works correctly
         - When using SBL OSPI binary from 09.02 release with application built using 11.00 release: Works correctly

      Impact:
      EthernetIP functionality is broken in the standard OSPI boot configuration with latest SDK version.

      Suggested Investigation Areas:
      1. Changes in OSPI boot configuration between SDK 09.02 and 11.00
