If the KEY_VERSION is 2.2 for RSA PSS then the "g_signopt" is modified to include additional parameters for OpenSSL signing command.

This modification, however, is local so the signing does not happen with the expected RSA PSS parameters.

The "g_signopt" must be declared as "global g_signopt" to modify the global variable.
