Remove libudev0 dependency on Linux, or switch it to libudev1

      To work around the issue we installed libudev1 and then linked it to libudev0
      sudo apt-get install libudev1
      sudo ln -sf /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.1 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libudev.so.0

      libudev0 was deprecated years ago, but CCS, TICloudagent and Uniflash still depend on it.
      For the former two tools this was somewhat addressed in CCDSK-2720 and TICLD-2171, but Uniflash 4.2.1.1562 this is still the case.
