Workaround: | Browse to the ./ccs/eclipse/downloads folder and manually run ccs_update_10.0.0.00010.run. This will allow the update to finish installation and allow CCS to startup again for subsequent launches. |

Description |
CCS will not startup after attempting to install a compiler update from CCS. After the installation is finished, CCS will not restart. Attempts at a manual CCS launch is also unsuccessful. |
