[EXT_EP-8344] FFT Magnitude graph should explicitly indicate the maximum FFT Order Created: 24/May/17  Updated: 19/Feb/20  Resolved: 24/May/17

Product: Code Composer Studio Graphs
Internal ID: DVT-1908
Forum URL: https://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/597188
Found In Release: CCS_7.1.0
 CCS_7.2.0
Fix In Release: CCS_8.0.0
Workaround: N/A. Use a FFT Order lower than 16
Release Notes: When inserting a FFT Order of 16 and above on the FFT Magnitude and FFT Magnitude and Phase, the plotted curve becomes corrupted.
There is no warning about the maximum order, thus leaving to the user interpretation if this is a bug or a limitation.
Therefore at this point:
The calculation for orders larger than 15 should be fixed (if that was the original intent) and
A small message should be displayed when the limit is reached
