 Description   

To reproduce:

  1. Create new project
  2. Import annotated dataset
  3. Go to 'Annotate' page, click on the '+' button to add/edit new labels
  4. Click on one of the id fields in the table, and try to enter an unused ID number. Hit enter.
  5. A new row appears with the new ID and a duplicate label name. 

Note that this is only a bug in the UI, the new ID does not get saved anywhere and does not appear after you refresh the page, or rename one of the labels.
