SPRU513 incorrectly states that the TI ASCII hex format (section 12.15) can only support 16 bit addresses. It can actually support the full 24 bit addresses of C28x. Section 12.15.1 also incorrectly shows that the ASCII address will appear with 8 hex digits, which doesn't match either the claimed 16 bit address or the actual 24 bit address; it should be 6 hex digits. |
