 Description

Connect and disconnect 10 central devices to a peripheral where the bond table stores 10 total entries. All 10 devices connect, disconnect and reconnect without issue. However, when connecting the 11th device, the device can connect and disconnect, but it cannot reconnect afterwards. If using a launchpad or iPhone, it cannot reconnect at all. If using some android phones, it can reconnect but it is forced to bond again (even though it should already be in the bond table). If you reset the peripheral device, the iPhone can reconnect without a problem.
