EMACMSP432E4 driver missing check in interrupt service routine for duplex change

In the EMAC PHY interrupt service routine, EMACMSP432E4_processPhyInterrupt, reads the interrupt status register and then should be checking for duplex, but there's an error so it's actually checking for speed twice instead of speed and duplex.
